Here are answers to our most frequently asked questions about O. Christine consultations and strategy sessions (also referred to as “Office Hours”).

Due to the time dedicated to the 1:1 consultation session, there are no refunds for our sessions.

Upon purchasing a session or package, you’ll receive further instructions via email on how to book a time for your appointment.

Absolutely! If you find yourself in need of another consultation, simply purchase again.

If you want to secure multiple sessions at the time of booking, click “Book Now” on the session you want, then click the back arrow on the upper left side next to “Order Summary”. This will allow you to increase the number of sessions you purchase. Once the correct amount of sessions is selected, click “Get it Now!” to purchase.

Our rates keep small businesses and creators in mind, but if budget is still a concern here are 3 ways to receive a discount on our consultation and strategy sessions:

  • Save $300 when you purchase a quarterly strategy session package instead of a la carte strategy sessions
  • Save $90 when you add on a 90-minute strategy session to a 30-minute consultation at the time of purchase
  • 10% discount for loyal, repeat clients (direct invite only)
