There are over 60 Dinner in the Sky locations around the world. The location of Dinner in the Sky Athens is within Technopolis of Athens, Performing Arts venue and History Museum. You can access the meeting point by entering the gate on Iakchaou street.

This is an ideal location because Dinner in the Sky Athens gives you a beautiful view of city lights, surrounding mountains, and the Acropolis lit up at night. It is magical.

Every season, the Dinner in the Sky Athens experience announces their dinner dates and times, but you can always expect it to be during the best weather (Spring through early autumn in Athens, April-September). The closer to summer the better, as it can get chilly at night.

Then, there are different dinner times you can select for Dinner in the Sky Athens. Here is an example of the types of dinner reservations to choose from:

with eggplant salad and anchovies, cheese salad with beef sausage, fava beans with onion pickle and capers

Shrimps Saganaki

Grilled shrimps with red sauce and feta cheese mousse

With cowpea pods , tarama mousse , honey citrus dressing, quail egg, fried anise , crunchy pastry leaf and black sesame

Greek salad

How much does Dinner in the Sky Athens Cost in 2023?

The Dinner in the Sky price for dinner, including a welcome drink, soft drinks, and wine, is 155 euros per person. Note, every year I’ve updated this, the price has gone up (hello, inflation) so jump on it sooner than later!

How to Book a Dinner in the Sky Dinner Reservation

The reservation process is fairly easy. Visit the Dinner in the Sky website and click their “Book Now” button, or you can book on reputable tour sites like Viator. Choose your date, your preference of dinner, and wait anxiously for the magical day to arrive. 

  • Note: during off season you won’t be able to book so keep an eye out for when booking opens.

What to Wear for Dinner in the Sky

What you’re wearing doesn’t matter for the most part — stay comfortable. While there isn’t a strict dress codes, skirts aren’t recommended and sweaters might be needed due to evening chill. You should also avoid wearing slides, sandals, or shoes that may slip off.

Is Dinner in the Sky Safe & Worth it?

Yes! A lot of people have contacted me, apprehensive of this experience. But Dinner in the Sky was sooo worth it and a highlight of my trip in Athens!

It is not just about the amazing food; Dinner in the Sky in Greece offers historical exploration as well. With breathtaking views of the Acropolis, Lycabettus, Thision, and Saronic gulf, and Parnitha mountain, you don’t have to worry about the crowds, tourists, or your tired legs.

If you like thrill, dining from a suspended table platform 40 meters in the sky is the way to go. If you are concerned about safety, each seat is securely attached to the table and offer a full lock-in seat belt that secures your shoulders and waist.

Dinner in the Sky is designed and constructed according to European model EN 13814 which refers to the construction and operation of amusement parks. 

Lastly, if you are wondering if there is enough food for the price, the answer is yes. The plates will seem like they just keep coming. And with a welcome cocktail followed by delicious Greek wines accompanying each course – trust me, you will be all set.
